• Sport collar with fused tricot interliner
• Self-fabric collar with permanent collar stays
• Reinforced front placket with 3 color matched melamine buttons
• Two self-fabric epaulets & mic tab (shipped in poly bag)
• 2 inch split vents with extended tail to help keep shirt tucked in
